Sea Point is one of Cape Town’s trendiest suburbs, between Signal Hill and the Atlantic Ocean. Close to Camps Bay, Clifton beaches, V&A Waterfront, Green Point Stadium and the City Centre. Within walking distance to all amenities. Sea Point’s vibrant night scene creates a party atmosphere, but there are also many places to just relax and get a bite to eat at the many upmarket restaurants. The Sea Point Promenade runs by the beachfront from Bantry Bay to Mouille Point. Cycling and skateboarding are permitted on the promenade. The swimming pool complex at the Pavilion, Beach Road, Sea Point, has 2 kids’ pools, a diving pool and an Olympic-sized pool, and is open every day from 9-5.
